Your role with us

  • Technical classification, analysis, and evaluation of data and KPIs with the aim of providing a sound basis for decision-making for management and business units
  • Advising business units and stakeholders on which information and KPIs are actually relevant for management purposes with the goal of producing only meaningful and effective reports
  • Development and continuous refinement of purpose-driven, standardized reporting that focuses on business value
  • Translation of strategic and operational questions into meaningful key performance indicators, analyses, and dashboards
  • Visualization of data products based on a clear understanding of business logic and processes
  • Analysis of business processes and interrelationships to identify opportunities for optimization and management
  • Active participation in the further development of business process, data, and interface architecture
  • Critical validation, optimization, and consolidation of existing reporting and key performance indicator systems
  • Close collaboration with business units as a sparring partner on equal footing, not merely in an operational, executive role

Your qualifications

  • degree in a business, analytical, or data-oriented field, or a comparable business-related education with relevant professional experience
  • solid understanding of business processes, data relationships, and business management control mechanisms
  • Experience in analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating data with a commitment to critically examining content and synthesizing it effectively
  • Ability to identify and prioritize KPIs and communicate their significance in a manner tailored to the audience
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, a structured approach to work, and a high standard for quality
  • strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with reporting or BI tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented work style
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to act as an advisory business partner with functional departments and management on an equal footing
