Business Analyst (Transformation & Change) Shape the future of change at Cynergy Bank. Join us on a 6-months fixed term contract as a Business Analyst and play a key role in delivering meaningful change across our growing bank. You’ll sit at the centre of transformation—connecting business needs with practical delivery—helping us evolve how we operate, serve customers, and scale. What’s the opportunity? This is an opportunity for an early-to-mid level Business Analyst who wants more than just requirements gathering. You’ll work across end-to-end change initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across the business to shape, define and deliver solutions that genuinely move us forward. From process design through to implementation, your work will have real visibility and impact. This role is ideal for someone who wants to accelerate their development, gain broad exposure, and be trusted to deliver in a fast-moving, supportive environment. How You Will Make an Impact Lead business analysis activities across change initiatives from discovery through to delivery Engage stakeholders to understand, challenge and define business needs Map current and future state processes to identify improvement opportunities Produce clear, structured requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria Support testing, implementation and operational readiness Contribute to improving ways of working within the BA and change community What You Will Bring Experience working as a Business Analyst within Financial Services Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively Experience across requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities with structure and attention to detail Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar A proactive mindset and strong desire to learn, grow and develop your capability Important to Know This is a full-time, fixed term role for 6 months This role does not offer visa sponsorship — applicants must have full UK working rights We are targeting early-to-mid career Business Analysts looking to grow in a structured change environment How We Will Support You At Cynergy Bank, we’re committed to your wellbeing and success.
