Multiple Agile Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst Opportunities
Salary: £55k - £70k
Location: Bury
Working Pattern: Travel to Bury 2x a week

The Role
We're hiring on behalf of our client for both Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to join their growing digital team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative transformation programmes, helping organisations leverage digital technologies and AI-driven solutions to improve products, services, and customer experiences.
The successful candidates will work within Agile, multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders, product managers, designers, developers, and architects to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and user needs.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the discovery, definition, and delivery of AI-enabled products, services, and business processes.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate within cross-functional delivery teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital innovation.
- Support the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation.

Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within digital transformation, technology, or change environments.
- Exposure to or involvement in AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, or data-driven transformation initiatives.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery platforms.

Preferred Experience
- Experience within Retail, eCommerce, Digital Commerce, or Customer Experience-focused organisations.
- Understanding of customer journeys, online platforms, digital products, and omnichannel environments.
- Experience working on large-scale transformation or innovation programmes.
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, or Product Management.
Please note: Retail or eCommerce experience is preferred but is not essential. Candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate strong Business Analysis expertise and AI-related project experience are encouraged to apply.
