In the UK, we have a key focus on the Nuclear sector, contributing to groundbreaking projects, such as Hinkley Point C (HPC).
The Position: Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will support a range of information and data-focused initiatives within a large, complex and highly regulated environment.
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, gather and translate requirements, and help improve how information and data is managed. The role supports Information Management, Data Governance, and Information Architecture activities while acting as a key link between business and technical teams.

Some of the main responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include:
- Elicit, analyse and document business and information requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders across business and IT functions to understand challenges and define solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
- Create process maps, information flows and supporting project documentation.
- Support Information Management, Data Governance, Information Architecture, MDM and Data Quality initiatives.
- Analyse current and future-state processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work across multiple projects and priorities within a complex delivery environment.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned to business objectives.

- Strong Business Analysis experience, ideally delivering digital, transformation, or project initiatives.
- Experience within Information Management, Data Governance, Information Architecture, Master Data Management (MDM) or Data Quality.
- Experience with Visio or similar process mapping tools.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience documenting business processes and information flows.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience working within large, complex organisations.
- Comfortable operating within regulated, infrastructure, engineering, utilities, energy, or similar environments.
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and information management best practices would be beneficial.
