About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our dynamic team at Carey Olsen Group Services Limited. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a law degree from a recognized institution and have a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant legal experience. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential. Knowledge of the jurisdictional legal framework and familiarity with corporate and commercial law are highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office suite is required. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is also important for this role.
Responsibilities
The Legal Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and transactional work.
- Assisting in managing client relationships, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Supporting senior attorneys in case management, document organization, and due diligence processes.
- Participating in meetings, preparing presentations, and contributing to the development of legal strategies.
