Zaizi Senior Business Analyst Role
Zaizi are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Natsec experience to help drive, lead and make a positive contribution to our customer's digital transformation programmes.

You will have in-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle and be a strong team player, who can communicate well with customers at all stages of the project life cycle and set customer expectations.
Requirements

- Understand and define the problem to be solved
- Understand users and their needs and translate into user stories
- Help the delivery team decide the best approach, manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to the agreed minimum viable product (MVP), print and scope
- Support test functionality and ensuring it meets user and business needs
- Supporting the Product Owner with the creation of a backlog
- Modelling business processes (As is / To be)
- eDV Clearance is essential for a successful candidate

Interview Process:
2nd Stage:
Technical interview, this stage evaluates your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities, especially if you're applying for a technical role.
Final Stage:
10-15 min presentation and a panel interview where multiple people from different departments ask you questions.
