About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple IT projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably in a recruitment or technology services environment, is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are required. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM will be considered an advantage. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

As an IT Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Developing detailed project schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion
  • Regularly communicating project status, risks, and issues to management and clients
  • Facilitating meetings, documenting project milestones, and ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals
  • Managing project documentation, budgets, and procurement processes
  • Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring the quality and compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
