Business Analyst – Pharmacy Systems & Operations
Lincolnshire – Hybrid (infrequent travel)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Pharmacy domain expertise to play a key role in the delivery and enhancement of Pharmacy Shop and Warehouse Management Systems. This role is ideal for someone who understands pharmacy operations end-to-end, enjoys working closely with stakeholders, and can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
You will work across system implementations, integrations, and data migration initiatives, helping shape solutions that support critical pharmacy workflows and business operations.
The Role
Partner with business stakeholders, pharmacy teams, and third-party vendors to gather, analyse, and document business requirements Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand current processes, operational challenges, and future-state needs Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams Support the implementation and enhancement of Pharmacy Shop and Warehouse Management Systems Drive data migration activities including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and legacy system analysis Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery Work closely with third-party application vendors on integrations, requirement clarification, and technical coordination Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and release readiness activities Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and supporting project documentation Provide subject matter expertise across pharmacy operations including: Inventory and stock management Prescription workflows Billing and dispensing processes Regulatory and compliance requirements What You Will Bring

Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, including experience within pharmacy or healthcare technology projects Proven experience working with Pharmacy Shop and Warehouse Management Systems Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory control, and healthcare compliance standards Hands-on experience supporting data migration and system implementation projects Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills Experience working within cross-functional and vendor-led environments Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel
