About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a client engagement focused on documenting and validating current state business processes ahead of an operating model assessment. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused contract for someone who can work at pace, get into the detail with stakeholders, and produce clear, accurate process documentation.
Tasks
- Capture and document current state business processes through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Validate existing process documentation for completeness and accuracy, and identify gaps
- Produce clear process maps (BPMN or equivalent) with supporting narrative
- Highlight risks, control weaknesses, and ownership gaps to inform the operating model assessment
- Work closely with client stakeholders and the Intelance engagement lead

Requirements
- Proven Business Analyst experience with a strong track record in process mapping and current state assessment
- Confident using BPMN or similar process notation and tooling (for example Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio)
- Strong stakeholder interviewing and facilitation skills
- Able to work independently, remotely, and to tight timescales
- UK based with the right to work in the UK
- Available to start at short notice

Benefits
- Day rate of £500 to £600, outside IR35 (subject to status determination)
- Fully remote, UK based
- Initial 3-week contract with likely extension into a 6-week operating model assessment
