About The Role

Job Description: Business Analyst / Product Manager

Note: The position is for UK region, so the candidate who resides in UK are preferred. Holding Security Clearance certificate is added plus.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Manager to drive product strategy, requirements gathering, and delivery across enterprise IAM and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile product management tools (Jira, Confluence, BPMN), a solid understanding of enterprise IAM concepts, and familiarity with ForgeRock or Ping Identity platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership: Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Requirements Gathering: Capture and document business requirements using Jira, Confluence, and BPMN workflows.
  • IAM Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of authentication, federation, and IAM concepts to guide product decisions.
  • Platform Familiarity: Work with engineering teams to align product features with ForgeRock and Ping Identity capabilities.
  • Agile Delivery: Manage backlogs, sprints, and releases to ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business, engineering, and security teams to align product outcomes with organizational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to maximize value.

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis and product management.
  • Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, BPMN.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IAM concepts (authentication, federation).
  • Familiarity with ForgeRock IAM or Ping IAM platforms.
  • Proven track record in Agile delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) or Product Management (CSPO, AIPMM).
  • Experience in large-scale IAM or cloud-native product delivery.
  • Background in security and compliance frameworks.
