Please Read Before Applying
This is a business change role, not an IT or technology position. My client is not seeking IT Business Analysts, Technical Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, or Technology Project Managers.
Previous banking experience within Retail Banking or Private Banking is essential. Candidates from other sectors, or those without hands-on banking experience, are unlikely to be considered.
To avoid disappointment, please only apply if you have the required banking background, ideally gained within an international branch of a foreign bank.
If you're looking to join a respected international bank and play a key role in delivering strategic business transformation, I'd be delighted to discuss this opportunity with you.
Business Analyst / Project Manager
Location: London | Permanent
I'm working exclusively with an established international bank to recruit an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their Business Transformation team.
This is a business-facing role, sitting within the operational side of the bank, focused on delivering business change, process improvement, and strategic transformation initiatives. It is not an IT Business Analyst or technology Project Manager position.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior business stakeholders to analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage business-led change projects from inception through to delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
