We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join Royal London Asset Management and play a key role in delivering client‑focused change. Working within business‑facing agile scrum teams, you’ll lead business and data analysis across Client Group initiatives, with a strong focus on our CRM landscape.
With a focus on improving CRM and client service processes, you’ll identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and better use of data. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, senior stakeholders and technical teams to shape practical solutions, translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation.
This is a hands‑on delivery role, ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the detail, thrives in agile environments, and brings strong knowledge of the Asset Management operating model.
About the role
- Lead business and data analysis for Client Group initiatives and complex change.
- Analyse and document CRM business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation.
- Evaluate CRM centric solutions, considering feasibility, risks, costs and benefits, and recommend practical enhancements.
- Define and implement improvements to processes, systems and data across CRM and Client Services ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Apply and embed agreed business analysis methods, tools and standards within the scrum framework and across the wider organisation.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation.
- Identify barriers to transformation, supporting the prioritisation and scoping of complex backlog items.
- Coach and guide less experienced team members and actively contribute to the business analysis community.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver solutions, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and secure integration with other platforms.

About you
- Experienced Business Analyst with experience ideally within Asset Management.
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to interrogate data, support reporting requirements and ensure data quality.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar enterprise CRM platforms).
- Proven track record in business and data modelling, process design and solution concepts.
- Able to communicate complex CRM concepts clearly, and articulate the principles and drivers for change to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrates specialist knowledge across CRM and client related business areas.
- Maintains a commercial and customer-centric approach when delivering solutions.
- Builds and nurtures relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration in a scrum environment.
- Proficient in agile and scrum methodologies, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in technical delivery for CRM and Client Service solutions.
