Role: Business Analyst role Healthcare domain
Location: Glasgow, UK
3 days/week onsite is required.
6 Months FTC
Need only Locals Glasgow// Edinburgh
Job Description
- 10+ years’ experience in as Business Analyst role and 8+ with Healthcare domain
Mandatory Skills:
- Should be well-versed with all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in computer databases, statistic applications and Healthcare programs
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. Inventory planning, warehouse management)
- Expertise in Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Development and Testing of business applications.
- Should be efficient in making process data flow diagrams, system development, maintenance and support.
- Should be able to present business functionalities to clients / stakeholders.
- Should be able to give demos to the stakeholders to get them familiarized with the product and giving insights of the roadmap items.
- Should be able to prepare process documents, Use case diagrams for development and quality control.
- Should be able to gather Requirements from clients and documenting the same.
- Should be able to interact with clients during various stages of Project Life Cycle.
- Should have experience in creating Software requirement documents and Change Request documents.
- Should work closely with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Extensive knowledge of Healthcare IT domain
- Experience with Implementation across clinical and administrative functions (HER, Patient Portal etc.)
- Experience with Medical billing, Insurance and denial management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
