About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for a Business Analyst who enjoys combining analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving to drive meaningful business change. Working closely with clients and delivery teams, you will play a key role in transforming business requirements into actionable solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models
- Gather, validate, and prioritise requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops
- Produce functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and workflow documentation
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Facilitate workshops between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Develop business cases and support solution evaluation activities
- Contribute to user acceptance testing and change management initiatives
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to key stakeholders
- Maintain project artefacts, including requirements traceability documentation
Key Requirements:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within transformation, consulting, or change environments
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Understanding of business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies
- Experience across multiple phases of the project lifecycle
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methods and project management tools
- Strong understanding of business process modelling techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams
