About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Sales Performance & Engagement) to join our Sales Performance team.
This role focuses on turning sales data into clear insight and high-impact performance initiatives that drive engagement across a national sales force.
You will play a key role in:
- Analysing performance trends,
- Building reporting tools, and
- Supporting the design of sales initiatives that motivate and energise teams.
This is a strong fit for someone who:
- Enjoys working with data,
- Understands commercial performance, and
- Is also interested in how communication and engagement can influence results.
Hybrid Working / 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales KPIs and performance data to identify trends and opportunities
- Build and maintain Excel-based reporting dashboards and trackers
- Produce clear, accurate performance reporting for management
- Support the design and rollout of sales performance initiatives and incentives
- Monitor effectiveness of sales campaigns and recommend improvements
- Translate commercial requirements into structured insight and actionable outputs
- Support creation of simple visual communications for sales initiatives (e.g. posters, basic campaign materials)

What We’re Looking For
Core Skills (Essential)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience working with KPIs, performance data, or commercial reporting
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and present clear insights
- Business/commercial awareness (ideally within sales, operations, or performance environments)
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)
- Interest in sales engagement, incentives, or performance motivation
- Basic experience with Canva or similar tools
- Ability to present data visually in a simple and engaging way
- Interest in gamification or behavioural engagement techniques
