This role plays a critical part in Wolfspeed's mission to scale world-class silicon carbide technology safely, reliably, and sustainably. As a Business Analyst (Salesforce), you will partner with Global Sales & Marketing teams to design, optimize, and support Salesforce-enabled business processes that drive growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable solutions, improve Lead-to-Cash workflows, support enterprise integrations, and identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, and AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary business analyst for Salesforce, leading requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and user support activities.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Unit stakeholders to optimize Lead-to-Cash processes, including opportunity management, design registrations, channel management, pricing, quotations, sample orders, and forecasting.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce capabilities, including workflows, approvals, automation, reporting, dashboards, and data management processes.
- Support integrations between Salesforce, ERP, Snowflake, Power BI, and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless business operations and data visibility.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and emerging technologies while supporting user adoption and continuous improvement efforts.
- This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business systems, business analysis, solution delivery, or related IT roles.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise delivering Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and/or Experience Cloud environments.
- Experience supporting Sales Operations, lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, account management, pricing, and channel business processes.
- Experience configuring Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, approvals, security models, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience supporting integrations using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and enterprise business systems.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake, Power BI, or similar analytics and reporting platforms.
- Experience leading or participating in UAT, regression testing, and end-to-end solution validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, or related Salesforce certifications.
- Experience working within semiconductor, manufacturing, high-tech, or global B2B sales organizations.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled business solutions, predictive analytics, large language models (LLMs), or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Working knowledge of SOQL, relational databases, and enterprise data governance best practices.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
