Join one of the world's leading energy trading organisations and play a key role in shaping a major Finance & Risk Transformation programme.
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the Finance & Risk Hub initiative, helping define future-state processes, capture business requirements and work with stakeholders across Finance, Risk and Technology.
You'll be responsible for:
- Gathering and documenting business & functional requirements
- Business process modelling and data analysis
- Leading workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Defining acceptance criteria and coordinating UAT
- Working within Agile delivery teams alongside Product Owners and technical teams
- Producing business cases and supporting solution option analysis
- Ensuring end-to-end traceability from requirements through to delivery

We're looking for:
- 4-7 years' Business Analysis experience
- Strong Agile delivery experience
- Finance, Risk, Trading, SAP or ERP transformation experience
- Business Process Modelling & Requirements Management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Degree educated

- SAP Finance / Tax / Risk
- Commodities or Energy Trading
- CBAP / PMI-PBA / Agile certifications
📍 London (Hybrid)
📅 6-12 Month extendable Contract 💷 Inside IR35
