Responsibilities and Duties

About the role

You'll work on international pharmaceutical pricing and market access projects, supporting global clients with data, analysis and strategic insights that influence real-world healthcare decisions.

Working alongside experienced consultants, analysts and product teams, you'll gain exposure to multiple therapy areas, healthcare systems and global markets.

No two projects are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and continuously learning.

  • Deliver pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement and market access projects
  • Analyse healthcare and pharmaceutical data across global markets
  • Research pricing regulations, HTA decisions and reimbursement policies
  • Perform indication and Cost of Treatment (COT) analysis
  • Produce high-quality reports and client deliverables
  • Carry out quality assurance to ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with consultants, data teams and clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and introduce automation
  • (Senior level) Mentor junior analysts and lead project workstreams

Key Subject Matter / Technical Skills:

  • Cost of Treatment (COT)
  • Pharmaceutical market research
  • Pharmaceutical data analytics

Experience

What we're looking for

  • Business Analyst
    • 2-3 years' relevant experience
  • Senior Business Analyst
    • 4-5 years' relevant experience
    • Experience leading projects or mentoring colleagues is advantageous

Qualifications

  • B.Pharm, M.Pharm or Life Sciences degree
  • MBA (preferred but not essential)
