Our leading reinsurance clients are looking for a Business Analyst for a permanent role in London, UK.

This role will support the Delegated Authority function, working on the operational processes that manage business written through Coverholders, MGAs, and delegated arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements across Delegated Authority operations.
  • Analyse and improve end-to-end operational processes following policy placement.
  • Work closely with Underwriting, Operations, Bordereaux teams, and Finance.
  • Support enhancements to delegated authority products and operational platforms.
  • Review bordereaux processing, premium, and claims reporting workflows.
  • Map current and future state processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Support UAT, process documentation, and business readiness activities.
  • Act as the bridge between business users and technology delivery teams.
