Business Analyst (VP Level) – Risk & Transformation

About the Role
An experienced Business Analyst is required in a VP-level capacity to support the ongoing implementation and enhancement of a cloud-based Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform in London.
The programme has already delivered a minimum viable product (MVP), live by the end of the current month, with the focus for this year shifting to building, improving, and embedding functionality across the organisation. This is not a greenfield build; instead, it is a case of enhancing, configuring, testing, and rolling out an existing solution.
Key Responsibilities
Core Scope
- Bolster TPRM workflows, reports, and profiles with functionality improvements
- Assist with data migration into the platform (collaborating with pre-positioned data resources)
- Lead testing, go-live activities, and business readiness efforts
- Develop clear, high-quality documentation and training for staff

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
