Job Summary

We are looking for ambitious and analytical graduates who are eager to build a career in Business Analysis and the IT industry. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and career changers who are passionate about solving business problems, analyzing data, improving processes, and working with technology.

No prior professional experience is required. Successful candidates will receive structured learning and practical exposure to real-world business analysis projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support business initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand project objectives and business needs.
  • Assist in collecting, validating, and analyzing business and operational data.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights using analytical tools.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by documenting test cases and reporting findings.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Learn industry-standard Business Analysis methodologies, Agile practices, and project management fundamentals.
  • Continuously develop analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills through structured training.

Educational Background

We welcome graduates with degrees such as:

  • MBA (All Specializations)
  • BBA / Business Administration
  • Management Sciences
  • Any other relevant business or analytical discipline

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Interest in business strategy, data analysis, and technology.
  • Ability to solve problems using a logical and structured approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, methodologies, and technologies.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
