We offer high quality, fashion conscious lingerie and bra-sized swimwear, which is now stocked in over 5000 retailers, including national and independent stores as well as online across the globe, in more than 30 countries. We employ a total of approximately 465 people at our head office in the UK, our production centres and sales offices across the world.
Role Summary
We are looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented Business Analyst to help drive business improvement initiatives across the organisation. This role will partner with stakeholders at all levels to understand business challenges, gather requirements, analyse data, and recommend solutions that improve processes, systems, and customer experiences.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical thinking with excellent communication skills, acting as a bridge between business teams and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
Purpose of the Role
To identify business needs, analyse processes and data, and support the delivery of solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer outcomes, and contribute to organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with business priorities.

Process Improvement
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Map current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") processes.
- Recommend practical solutions that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and improve performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Data Analysis & Insight
- Gather, interpret, and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Measure and report on the success of implemented changes.
Project & Change Support
- Work closely with project managers, product teams, and subject matter experts throughout project lifecycles.
- Support business change activities, including impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist with testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Help ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and systems.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships across departments.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly and effectively.
- Challenge constructively and influence decision-making through evidence-based analysis.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience working in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience analysing business processes and identifying improvements.
- Ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience working within project or change environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or process-mapping tools.

Desirable
- Professional Business Analysis qualification (e.g., BCS, IIBA, CBAP, Agile BA).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of business intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience supporting digital transformation or system implementation projects.
