Role Description
Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion Financials
Location: Leicestershire (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Employment Contract
We're seeking a talented Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance Systems team and play a key role in our finance transformation journey.
Working closely with Finance, Technology, and Change teams, you'll drive system and process improvements, translate business needs into effective solutions, and help modernise critical finance platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing stakeholders, and delivering tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and define business requirements.
- Document current and future-state processes, functional requirements, and solution options.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure business needs are translated into effective system solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, and user experience.
- Produce clear and comprehensive documentation, including requirements, user stories, workflows, and business cases.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to support successful delivery of change initiatives.
What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance Systems or financial business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and writing user stories.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials is highly desirable
