- Location: Radbroke based, with travel expected to London office once a month
- Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep expertise across CRM platforms and complex enterprise implementations.
- Strong banking and financial services domain experience, with an understanding of the regulatory and control environment.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud and a strong understanding of Agentforce capabilities.
- Leadership and Delivery:
- Demonstrable experience leading major workstreams within large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes — not simply participating as a BA.
- Able to take end-to-end ownership of complex business areas, from discovery and requirements through to technology delivery and business outcomes.
- Strong ability to translate complex business needs and colleague journeys into clear technology requirements, features and actionable user stories.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Confident challenging senior stakeholders, driving decisions, resolving ambiguity and removing blockers that impact engineering delivery.
- Experienced working across Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Integration and Testing teams within Agile delivery models.
- Proactive Problem Solving:
- Able to identify cross-programme dependencies, risks and gaps early and proactively drive them through to resolution.
- Leadership:
- A senior, delivery-focused leader who can operate independently, provide direction to other BAs and materially improve the pace and quality of programme delivery.
