Key Responsibilities
- Lead Guidewire implementation, enhancement, and modernization projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Design, develop, configure, and integrate Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions.
- Lead technical teams, perform code reviews, and mentor developers.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure Guidewire components including workflows, rules, entities, PCFs, validations, and integrations.
- Support PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter implementations.
- Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and stakeholder management.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployments.
- Ensure best practices in architecture, coding standards, performance, and governance.

Required Skills

- 8–15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of Guidewire InsuranceSuite experience.
- Strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter.
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud/SaaS implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Gosu, Guidewire Data Model, PCFs, Rules Engine, Workflows, Messaging Framework, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and Integrations.
- Experience with.NET, Azure, CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Guidewire Certification (preferred).
