We have offices in Sheffield (our headquarters), Leeds, and Manchester, and work in a hybrid way. Most of our teams come together in person a few times each month, as well as for team and client workshops when needed

The Role
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant at Nimble, you'll be joining our Product & Design Capability, our permanent team of highly skilled product management, business analysis and user centred design consultants
We are looking for passionate and pragmatic people who can help to shape and develop our growing capability, as well as hit the ground running on client projects as a Business Analyst at either Consultant or Senior Consultant level

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of the functionality that digital and data systems currently deliver or need to deliver.
- Create, and support other team members in the creation of system models, data models, and technical documentation from high level business requirements.
- Define and assure critical delivery artefacts, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
- Lead and define the approach to managing requirements artefacts, ensuring clear traceability from initial business needs through to developed functionality.
- Assess the technical effect of system changes and effectively communicate these impacts to relevant stakeholders.
- Determine when and how to work with others in a multidisciplinary team to identify technical gaps in system functionality and assess their impact on the user experience.
- Advise on complex business scenarios and develop acceptance criteria to support robust system testing.
- Review technical prototypes, test plans, and test outcome reporting to ensure requirements have been successfully met.
Key Skills
- Previous experience in a business analysis role on public sector, GDS projects
- Proven ability to lead the analysis of system functionality, create high level data models, and understand the impact of system changes.
- The ability to determine the best approach for your role within various delivery methodologies (such as scrum or kanban) and clearly communicate the value of iterative technical delivery.
- Stakeholder management and effective communication skills
- Desirable - Previous consultancy experience
