ERP Business Analyst - Manufacturing (Contract Hybrid, Bracknell + Remote)

Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an ERP Business Analyst with a focus on manufacturing, based in Bracknell with occasional remote flexibility. Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Proven expertise in business analysis, including the ability to:
- Effectively gather and evaluate business requirements
- Strong analytical skills, capable of:
- Interpreting data and delivering actionable insights
- Experience in designing and optimising business processes for operational efficiency
- Effective communication skills, including:
- Engaging with stakeholders
- Presenting findings clearly
- A problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to project execution

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Business
- Information Systems
- Related field
- Prior experience in:
- Consulting
- Client-facing roles, preferred
