THE ROLE & TEAM

We're looking for a Business Analyst / Case Management Developer to join our growing technology team and play a key role in shaping the future of our legal technology landscape. This is a varied position where you'll wear multiple hats, working across business analysis, process improvement, solution design, system configuration, testing and user adoption.

Working closely with stakeholders and colleagues, you'll translate business requirements into practical, scalable case management solutions that drive efficiency, support growth and enhance the way our people work. From facilitating workshops and challenging existing processes to configuring workflows and delivering system improvements, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of change from idea through to implementation and continuous improvement.

Agencies: We are not accepting CVs for this role as we are aiming to fill it directly. We value your support and will reach out if required. Please do not send speculative CVs. Any unsolicited CVs sent to hiring managers or the business, without prior instruction from a member of the Talent Acquisition team, will be treated as a gift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analysing business processes, workflows and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
  • Facilitating stakeholder workshops and documenting current and future-state processes.
  • Gathering, validating and documenting business and user requirements.
  • Creating functional specifications, process maps, use cases and user stories to support solution delivery.
  • Designing, configuring and enhancing case management workflows, forms and automations.
  • Translating technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conducting system, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Supporting solution rollouts, user training and adoption activities.
  • Monitoring solutions post-implementation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting business-as-usual enhancements, incident resolution and development requests through the technology backlog.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
