About the Role

What you’ll do
- Engage with multiple senior stakeholders within the Firm (e.g. business and Finance).
- Supports on various Data efforts, including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality and database management or database architecture / design engineering.
- Follow and enhance standard guidelines, best practices and identify / resolve data related issues in a timely manner.
- Supports workflow or process change and redesign, of the multiple data feeds & analytics.
- Accountable for regular reporting and process administration.
- Supports work with the Technology team and partner with Data Quality team to implement projects.
- Supports day-to-day work of junior employees but will not typically have formal management role.
- Evaluate complex issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.
- Prepare presentations and analysis for the team and in support of the CFO organisation.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What we’ll need from you
- Experience as Analytics Manager, Strategic Business Analyst or related position performing quantitative analytics supporting financial services.
- Fluency in Financial and Capital data for a Financial Institution.
- Strong analytical skills in order to filter prioritise and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
- Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
