Business Domain Architect (Technology)
📍 Location: London Farringdon
We’re looking for a strategic and visionary Business Domain Architect to shape and champion the future of our technology landscape. In this pivotal role, you’ll align business and technology strategies, lead business design from project inception, and drive innovation across a £20m+ portfolio.
What you’ll do:
- Lead business solution design and assurance across key programmes
- Collaborate with Transformation Architects to align investments with strategic goals
- Identify and deliver technology-enabled opportunities to optimise cost, grow revenue, and mitigate risk
- Develop strategic artefacts including capability models, roadmaps, and customer journeys
- Guide agile teams to deliver continuous business value
- Lead and develop a team of Business and Senior Business Analysts

- 5+ years in Business/Solution/Enterprise Architecture or Business Partnering
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Expertise in business architecture frameworks and artefacts
- A strategic, analytical mindset with a passion for delivering outcomes
- Experience navigating complex organisations and driving change
