Job Description: Assistant Vice President, Process Performance & Optimisation (Business Architect - Process Analyst)
Purpose of the Role
To collaborate with stakeholders and utilise data and Management Information (MI) to identify key process improvement opportunities, driving capacity creation within relevant business areas. Ensure enhanced operational effectiveness through:
- Development and implementation of data-led strategies
- Participation in projects to optimise efficiency and performance
- Generation of reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior internal stakeholders
Accountabilities

Strategic Improvement & Efficiency:
- Devise and implement data-driven strategies to improve banking operational efficiency
- Leverage analytics and reporting to mitigate risks and support efficient operations
- Identify industry trends and collaborate with stakeholders to propose performance improvement recommendations

Capacity & Process Analysis:
- Drive capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information
- Assist in extracting insights to inform dbusiness objectives and operational scalability

- Proven expertise in:
- Managing process engagements (e.g., process landscapes, capability mapping, reviews)
- Delivering assignments under compressed or extended timelines, meeting stakeholder objectives
- Ensuring Business Architecture service delivery aligned with strategic goals and timelines
Highly Valued Skills
- Specialisation in process re-engineering and process archetyping
- Experience in stakeholder management & tight deadline handling
- Proficiency in business and project management frameworks
