Business Architect (SC Cleared) – 6 Month Contract | Suffolk (Hybrid)
We're looking for an SC Cleared Business Architect to support a major UK infrastructure programme. This is a 6-month contract with a strong day rate, requiring 3 days per week onsite in Suffolk. Active, transferable SC Clearance is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver business architecture solutions across complex programmes
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical IT and process improvements
- Develop business operating models, investment cases, user stories, and project documentation
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and suppliers to ensure successful outcomes
- Support governance, procurement activities, and programme reporting
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive solutions through to implementation
- Ensure business readiness and support operational transition and adoption

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Architect on large-scale transformation or infrastructure programmes
- Strong background in business analysis, process improvement, operating model design, or enterprise architecture
- Experience working on major capital projects such as HS2, Lower Thames Crossing, Thames Tideway, or similar is highly desirable
- Knowledge of formal delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 and experience supporting procurement activities
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment
- Active, transferable SC Clearance is essential
