Business Assistant
Location: Bank Street
Role Type: Contract - 3 months rolling
Work Setup: Onsite - 5 days in the office

What you'll do
- Provide advanced diary management support, coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls, off-sites, town halls, and senior stakeholder engagements.
- Manage travel and expense processes in line with CIB/Firmwide policies, ensuring accurate bookings, receipt compliance, and timely submission of required information.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting client interactions, departmental scheduling, and business coordination.
- Partner with Business Management, support teams, and cross-line-of-business assistants to ensure effective collaboration, coverage, and operational support.
- Maintain accurate records, utilise internal systems, produce reports, and manage administrative processes including data entry, distribution lists, and technology requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of business priorities, providing proactive administrative support and adapting to changing needs and expectations.

What you bring
- 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within Investment Banking Division (IBD) or financial services, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with excellent executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience managing complex executive diaries, international travel arrangements, and high-volume scheduling requirements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement, and deliver tasks under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to take ownership, manage confidential information, and drive tasks through to completion independently.
- Advanced technical proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office tools, combined with a collaborative mindset and ability to build effective networks across global teams and support functions.
