Assistant Centre Manager
Central London

We're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Centre Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a vibrant business centre in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where no two days are ever the same.
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you'll help create an outstanding experience for clients, support commercial growth, oversee daily operations, and contribute to a thriving professional community. What You'll Be Doing
As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll be a key figure within the centre, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for clients and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management and operation of the business centre
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact
- Delivering a first-class customer experience at every touchpoint
- Conducting engaging centre tours and helping convert enquiries into new business opportunities
- Supporting revenue growth across office space, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and additional services
- Assisting with occupancy management and client retention initiatives
- Coordinating facilities, contractors, maintenance, and ensuring the centre is presented to the highest standards
- Supporting health & safety compliance and operational procedures
- Monitoring performance, reporting on KPIs, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Leading and motivating front-of-house and operations teams in the absence of the Centre Manager
- Organising client engagement activities, networking events, and community initiatives
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise centre performance and visibility

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with confident, proactive individuals who enjoy working in a customer-facing environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience within serviced offices, flexible workspace, coworking, hospitality, retail, property, or customer-focused operations
- Previous supervisory, team leader, or management experience
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to get involved wherever needed
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional workplace experiences
