Business Central Developer (Remote, UK) Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer looking to join a growing, innovative software team?
We're seeking a talented Business Central Developer to play a key role in developing and enhancing ERP solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You'll work closely with consultants, testers, product teams, and customers to deliver high-quality solutions that solve real business challenges.
The Role Design, develop and maintain Business Central applications using AL. Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with consultants, QA teams and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Develop integrations, extensions and custom functionality following Microsoft best practices. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning and agile development activities. Contribute to automated testing and continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Support product innovation and help shape future development standards.

Essential 6+ years' experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central. Strong expertise in AL development. Experience with: RDLC, Word and Excel reporting API Pages Web Services (SOAP & REST) XMLports Integrations and data exchange technologies A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Passion for technology and continuous learning.

Desirable AL Test Automation experience. Experience using GitHub Copilot. Knowledge of third-party Business Central solutions such as: Continia Document Capture Continia Expense Management Spindle Tasklet Experience developing AppSource-ready solutions. Previous NAV to Business Central upgrade experience.
