Business Central Developer
6 month FTC - likely to be extended
Remote (UK-based)
We are working with a growing organisation that is investing heavily in its digital platforms and ERP capability. They are looking to bring in an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer to support a major B2B platform initiative and help expand their integration capabilities.
This role will play a key part in enhancing and extending the company’s Business Central (BC) environment while integrating it with new systems, including a recently introduced OroCommerce B2B eCommerce platform.
The position would suit someone who enjoys working closely with both technical and business stakeholders and is comfortable shaping solutions rather than simply delivering development tasks.
The Role
As a Business Central Developer, you will work closely with the ERP technical lead, product managers, and wider development teams to deliver scalable ERP enhancements and integrations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
