Change Analyst - Manchester (Hybrid)

The Role

We are seeking a Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of organisational and project-led change. This role focuses on change analysis and impact assessment, ensuring the organisation understands how change affects people, processes, roles, and systems—and how those impacts are addressed.

Working closely with Project Managers, Product Teams, Business Analysts, and operational stakeholders, you will act as a bridge between proposed change and real-world adoption. This hands-on, analytical role concentrates on measuring, assessing, and evidencing change impacts to drive effective decision-making and delivery.

Registered office: Manchester Working model: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Change Analysis & Impact Assessment

  • Analyse proposed business and technology changes, assessing impacts on processes, roles, systems, and behaviours.
  • Produce clear, structured change impact assessments and readiness outputs.
  • Identify business risks, adoption barriers, and areas of resistance, escalating findings where needed.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by evidencing change implications.

Stakeholder Engagement & Insight Gathering

  • Facilitate and support workshops, interviews, and sessions to gather impact insights.
  • Engage across diverse business areas to understand concerns, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Build trusted relationships to ensure honest feedback and informed decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
