Change Analyst - Manchester (Hybrid)
The Role
We are seeking a Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of organisational and project-led change. This role focuses on change analysis and impact assessment, ensuring the organisation understands how change affects people, processes, roles, and systems—and how those impacts are addressed.
Working closely with Project Managers, Product Teams, Business Analysts, and operational stakeholders, you will act as a bridge between proposed change and real-world adoption. This hands-on, analytical role concentrates on measuring, assessing, and evidencing change impacts to drive effective decision-making and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Change Analysis & Impact Assessment
- Analyse proposed business and technology changes, assessing impacts on processes, roles, systems, and behaviours.
- Produce clear, structured change impact assessments and readiness outputs.
- Identify business risks, adoption barriers, and areas of resistance, escalating findings where needed.
- Support data-driven decision-making by evidencing change implications.
Stakeholder Engagement & Insight Gathering
- Facilitate and support workshops, interviews, and sessions to gather impact insights.
- Engage across diverse business areas to understand concerns, dependencies, and constraints.
- Build trusted relationships to ensure honest feedback and informed decisions.

Change Planning Support
- Feed analytical insights into change plans covering communications, engagement, and training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape practical, user-focused outputs.
- Ensure proposed solutions align realistically with business needs.
Communications & Training Support
- Support training needs analysis and development of guidance materials.
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and user-centred when collaborating with teams.
- Contribute to briefings, demos, and user communications to clarify change processes.
Adoption, Benefits & Continuous Improvement
- Track adoption, behavioural change, and benefits realisation.
- Gather post-implementation feedback to assess change impact.
- Drive continuous improvement via lessons-learned reviews and framework enhancements.
Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting change initiatives in projects, transformations, or operational settings.
- Strong expertise in change analysis, impact assessment, or readiness assessment.
- Ability to articulate complex change in structured, audience-specific formats.
- Experience with workshops, interviews, or group facilitation.
- Exposure to process mapping or business analysis techniques.
- Experience in training needs analysis or adoption activities.
