Business Change and Communications Specialist - 6 month Contract
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office)
Compensation: £Market Rates, Inside IR35
My client based in London is currently recruiting for a Business Change and Communications Specialist to join the team for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will have previous experience driving change and adoption within complex environments, have strong experience in designing and delivering communication, training and change activities and excellent stakeholder engagement.
Role Overview
In this role, the Business Change and Communications Specialist will design and deliver adoption, communication and training activities that help colleagues confidently engage with new tools, systems and processes. It will involve working across teams and functions to create a seamless user experience, ensuring change is understood, supported and embedded throughout the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver adoption strategies for new systems, features and releases
- Support the successful implementation of change initiatives across the Operational Excellence programme
- Build user confidence and engagement through targeted change and adoption activities
- Create clear, engaging communications that help stakeholders understand and navigate
- Support stakeholder engagement activities to drive awareness and encourage adoption
- Work with networks of stakeholders and champions to embed new ways of working
- Design and deliver effective training solutions that build competence and confidence
- Identify innovative approaches to improve learning and user experience

Required Experience
- Experience writing communications is essential
- Ideally have previous experience working within a Legal environment; however, would consider professional services if not.
