Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Change Consultant to support a large-scale transformation programme within a UK Retail Energy organisation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver business change and change readiness activities.
- Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Perform business impact and change impact assessments.
- Prepare training materials and support end-user training.
- Manage business readiness activities before key project milestones.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies relating to business change.
- Measure adoption, user feedback, and change effectiveness after implementation.

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Change Consultant or Change Manager.
- Experience delivering business transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with change impact assessments and business readiness.
- Ability to create communications, training, and engagement plans.
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skills
- Experience within the UK Retail Energy or Utilities sector.
- Knowledge of billing, CRM, customer operations, or smart metering.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools.
