About the Role

Lloyd’s is seeking to recruit a Business Change Lead to shape and steer a strategic, value-led change portfolio across Market Performance, Oversight, Commercial and our Global Offices.


What You’ll Do

  • Build multi-year, outcome-led roadmaps aligned to Lloyd’s strategy
  • Lead portfolio prioritisation, balancing value, risk, cost and capacity
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear change demand
  • Drive investment cases and executive-ready insights
  • Embed value, benefits and KPIs across the portfolio
  • Mobilise projects for success, working closely with Delivery and Architecture
  • Oversee key projects, ensuring delivery drives real business value
  • Lead continuous improvement and small change delivery at pace
  • Keep ahead through horizon scanning of market, regulatory and technology trends

What You’ll Bring

You’re a strategic thinker who turns ideas into action — and you’re looking for the next challenge.

  • Experience leading large-scale change portfolios in complex, regulated environments
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience shaping investment decisions
  • Confidence working across business and technology, including data and architecture
  • A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships
  • Experience leading matrix and third-party teams, including offshore
  • A clear, outcome-focused mindset with strong judgement and attention to detail
