Flutter Overview

Flutter consists of two commercial divisions (FanDuel and International) and our central Flutter Functions; COO, Finance & Legal. Here in Flutter Functions, we work with colleagues across all our divisions and regions to deliver something we call the Flutter Edge. It’s what differentiates us, our ‘secret sauce’ which plays a key part in our ongoing success and powers our brands and divisions, through Product, Tech, Expertise and Scale. In Flutter COO we work with experts across Flutter to build, deploy and communicate the Flutter Edge. Together we cover Product & Payments, Technology, Sportsbook Product & Trading, People, Property, Corporate Communications and Strategic Partnerships & Transformation.

Role Purpose

The Business Change Lead is responsible for leading change delivery across various programmes. This role ensures impacted people are prepared, supported, and equipped to adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working. You will partner closely with programme and delivery teams as well as functional teams to translate change impacts into practical plans across communications, engagement, training, and readiness. You will drive adoption outcomes and help embed change into day-to-day operations, while thinking strategically about how to position, sequence, and sustain change within your assigned initiatives.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Change Leadership & Delivery

  • Define and be responsible for the end-to-end change approach for assigned programmes with alignment to the programme goals and value realization
  • Lead how AI will transform change management at Flutter as well as how AI will impact end users through their change journey
  • Conduct structured partner analysis and develop user personas to understand who is impacted, their needs, motivations, and difficulties, using these insights to shape the change approach across all workstreams
  • Lead change impact assessments to understand people, role, behaviour, and mentality impacts across impacted teams, and adjacent functions
  • Proactively identify adoption and resistance risks and put effective mitigation strategies in place; raise issues early with recommended actions
  • Design and deliver targeted change interventions, including communications, engagement, training, and reinforcement activities tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Partner with leaders to coach and support them in their role as change sponsors
  • Define and oversee measures of change success, including adoption metrics, behavioural outcomes, engagement indicators, and business impact tracking

Planning & Coordination

  • Align change activity to the delivery roadmaps and key achievements, bringing structure and discipline to change delivery within Agile environments
  • Support dependency mapping and sequencing of change activity across teams to avoid overload and conflict
  • Maintain visibility of intersecting initiatives and changes impacting the same communities; work closely with delivery and planning colleagues to ensure change activities are realistic, prioritised, and achievable

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
