About the Role
As a Business Change Manager, your mission is to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to deliver transformational projects for key clients. You’ll lead change initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights, innovation, and stakeholder engagement to shape recommendations and drive successful outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading change initiatives: Design and deliver change activities to support client transformation, ensuring adoption through structured, people-centred approaches.
- Strategic change management: Shape change strategies and assess impacts across complex or secure environments.
- Stakeholder engagement & advisory: Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement, acting as a trusted adviser to executives and teams.
- Impact assessments & training: Conduct Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Analyses to inform interventions.
- Documentation & risk management: Produce high-quality change artefacts while managing risks, dependencies, and structured delivery.
- Team leadership & facilitation: Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based outcomes, collaborating with ** senior change leaders**.
- Autonomous & agile working: Work independently while driving change agendas across projects and advocating for incremental improvement.
About You
We’re looking for a proven change leader with a client-focused mindset and hands-on experience in transformational projects, particularly in digital or secure environments. Your ideal profile includes:
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering change initiatives within complex or secure digital systems (e.g., Defence, Transportation, Aviation, or Nuclear/Power Renewables—desirable).
- End-to-end stakeholder management:
- Develop messaging strategies, plan engagement activities, and ensure adoption through communication.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Analyses.
- Strategic & tactical skills:
- Design and implement change strategies, plans, and communications.
- Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with minimal support (strong facilitation skills).
- Analytical & advisory ability:
- Translate data into client-focused recommendations.
- Confidently advisory stakeholders and present insights.
- Methodologies: Experience working with structured and agile frameworks.
- Team coordination: Expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams and shaping solutions collaboratively.
- Commercial awareness: Understanding of delivery risks, impacts, and dependencies to align with client needs.
