We’re growing and are looking for ambitious Business Change Managers to join our team. With a strong pipeline of work across both public and private sector clients, this is an exciting opportunity for professionals in the early stages of their change management career who are looking to broaden their experience and accelerate their development.
About the Role
You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to help deliver successful business change programmes, supporting organisations through transformation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Our work spans a variety of sectors, with experience in the public sector, policing, or pharmaceuticals viewed as advantageous, although not essential.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates who:
- Have 2–5 years’ experience in business change, change management, transformation, organisational change, or a related discipline.
- Have experience working within a consulting environment or complex organisational setting.
- Are eager to take on greater responsibility and gain exposure across a diverse portfolio of clients and programmes.
- Thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and enjoy working closely with clients to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Are looking to move from a large consulting organisation into a more agile, entrepreneurial SME where they can have a visible impact.
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
- Public sector, policing, tech or pharmaceutical sector experience.
- PROSCI, APMG Change Management, or equivalent change management certification.
- Existing security clearance, including NPPV2 + CTC, NPPV3 + SC, or higher.
