About the Role

Deloitte
Working with the Deloitte Associate (Contractor) Programme means we can offer you the opportunity to work on a variation of industry and client related projects. Our aim is to retain the best talent and so when your project end date nears our team of Talent Community Advisors will be working with you to look at alternative projects within the firm that suit your experience should you wish to continue with Deloitte.

Role

The Business Change Manager will play a key role in delivering successful business and technology change by ensuring people are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the change journey. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to drive adoption, minimise resistance, and maximise the value realised from new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support business change and technology adoption activities across project and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver change management strategies that promote engagement, readiness, and sustained adoption.
  • Identify, assess, and engage key stakeholders, building support and managing resistance throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Communicate the vision, benefits, and impact of change in a clear and compelling way, bringing people on the journey.
  • Create and deliver change artefacts, including communication plans, stakeholder assessments, adoption plans, training materials, and readiness activities.
  • Contribute to or lead the creation of learning and adoption content, including videos, FAQs, user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
  • Analyse the end-to-end user journey, identifying potential barriers to adoption and implementing solutions to improve the user experience.
  • Work across multiple teams and business areas to coordinate change activities and ensure a consistent approach.
  • Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing outcomes and maintaining engagement throughout delivery.
  • Support the continuous improvement of change management approaches and encourage the use of AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
