About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time position with a competitive pay and benefits package including a salary of £39,050 per year.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Change Manager, the Business Change Partner supports the delivery of change initiatives across the organisation by coordinating activities, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or behaviours.

This role is key to ensuring smooth implementation of change programs, helping the organisation manage change effectively to minimise disruption.

The Business Change Partner supports the Business Change Manager acting as the link between Project and Programme Delivery Teams along with stakeholders affected by change, through activities to promote understanding, buy-in, and readiness to minimise resistance and disruption.
