We're recruiting for a Business / Commercial Banking Relationship Director to join a highly respected, well-capitalised specialist lender with a genuine purpose - helping SMEs access the funding they need to grow, invest and create jobs. The Role
You'll take ownership of the full lending journey, from originating opportunities through to credit assessment, approval and drawdown. Working closely with commercial finance brokers, accountants, solicitors and other professional introducers, you'll identify lending opportunities, structure tailored funding solutions and build long-term relationships with SME clients. You'll also undertake credit assessment and present lending proposals, giving you genuine ownership from origination through to completion.

We're keen to speak with people who have:
- Commercial or SME banking/lending experience
- Strong relationship management and business development skills
- Sound credit assessment capability
- An established network of brokers, introducers or local business contacts would be advantageous
- A genuine passion for supporting SMEs and delivering outstanding customer outcomes
