Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to act as a first-line compliance partner to our crypto teams. In this hands-on role, you’ll actively shape how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated across all markets, translating complex regulation into practical, product-ready solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions regime, upcoming regulatory changes, and consumer protection requirements
  • Oversee yield, Defi and derivative products and relevant frameworks
  • Supporting NIAPs, new product launches, and rollouts for crypto features
  • Reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials
  • Owning post-launch product reviews and ensuring regulatory decisions are clear, documented, and defensible
  • Translating evolving regulation into actionable, product-ready requirements
  • Conducting horizon-scanning and supporting BAU compliance activities, including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics
  • Enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery velocity

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context
  • Experience in a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing technology company, or strategy consultancy
  • An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
  • Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

  • Experience in the crypto industry
  • Knowledge of crypto native products and technical nuances
  • Understanding of MiFID and equivalent regimes
