Business Consultant (360° Recruitment)
Location: London, United Kingdom Salary: £29,000 plus uncapped commission (up to 60%) and full company benefits

The Role
This position is for a 360° Recruitment Business Consultant, meaning you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates
- Business development
- Acquiring new clients from an unserved desk
- Securing successful placements
You’ll operate as a self-contained recruiter within a specific industry vertical (e.g., Alternative Food Products, Lab Equipment, Diagnostics, Cyber Security). Most importantly, your industry expertise will be solely yours within the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and sourcing of high-level candidates for global placements
- Build entirely new business pipelines and client relationships, securing transformative career opportunities
- Conduct phone/video interviews with candidates and clients
- Develop market insights and salary benchmark data to aid strategic hires for clients
