About the Role:
Are you interested in gaining practical consulting experience while completing your studies? This internship offers the opportunity to work on structured consulting projects within an international, remote consulting environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support real organisations.
About Us:
Blackmont Consulting is a student-led consulting organisation established in 2020 that supports client projects through structured research, analysis, and strategic recommendations. Project teams work on defined business cases focused on improving organisational performance and supporting decision-making. Consultants collaborate on assigned projects, contributing to research, analysis, problem-solving, and client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within project teams of 6–8 consultants to address real-world business challenges.
- Conduct market research and identify industry trends.
- Support the development of practical recommendations to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Research industries, organisations, customers, suppliers, and competitors to support project analysis.
- Consider sector, economic, political, and regulatory factors where relevant.
- Assist with financial analysis, company research, and business performance evaluation.
- Contribute to strategic recommendations for existing and prospective clients.
- Gather, interpret, and analyse information from a variety of reliable sources.
- Prepare reports and presentations for project teams and client stakeholders.

What We Offer:

Key Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, master's, or PhD programme.
- Ability to commit approximately 10–12 hours per week for a minimum of three months.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous work experience is beneficial but not essential.

Programme Information:
Successful candidates will join structured consulting project teams supporting active client engagements. Projects are delivered remotely through online collaboration platforms. Candidate selection is based on skills, motivation, reliability, and overall suitability for the role.
