Business Consultant
📍 Bristol / Hybrid

Salary: Up to ÂŁ70,000 + 10%
We’re working with a growing technology organisation that is going through an exciting period of transformation and change.
They are looking for a Business Consultant to join their Organisational Effectiveness function and help drive improvements across the business.
This role will have a direct impact on how the organisation scales, improves transparency and embeds better ways of working.
What you’ll be doing
As a Business Consultant, you’ll support a range of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including:
- Supporting organisational effectiveness
- Analyse current ways of working and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and value delivery
- Support improvements across operating structures, processes, governance and ways of working
- Help translate strategic priorities into practical actions and measurable outcomes

Supporting business transformation
- Contribute to a business-wide transformation programme focused on improving how the organisation operates
- Help shape future-state processes, governance models and operating practices
- Support delivery of practical changes that create measurable value

Improving performance visibility
- Support the development of performance frameworks, reporting structures and key measures
- Help establish KPIs, KRIs, OKRs and other performance indicators
- Provide insight that helps leaders understand progress, risks and opportunities
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, collaborative and comfortable working across a complex organisation.
You’ll ideally have experience in areas such as:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into practical recommendations
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives or business improvement programmes
- Confidence working with data, processes, reporting and performance measures
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and mapping processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- A structured and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
